Click & Collect - purchase online and collect in store

*Laybuy Terms - 4 weeks (not accepted for any items on sale), requires a 20% deposit that is non-refundable and covers our administration and storage fees, and any loss of sales due to holding the laybuy for a substantial amount of time. 

Returns:

• If you are not happy with the product you have choosen, we will be happy to offer you a refund - excluding courier costs. Or an exchange if the items are returned after 7 days of purchase.
• Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging in order to receive a refund.
• We are unable to refund items that have been purchased at a discounted price. 
• It is at your own cost and responsibility to send this back to us, we will then process the refund within 24 hours of the return item.
